A bench ... a bench 30 cm of hight where I climbed, when I was a child, to shave the customers in my father's salon in Naples. Those hours were stolen from my childhood, games and friends, but those were times of war and my contribution was needed to help the family. That's how I began my working career.

A second milestone was set when I was seventeen coming all by myself to Tuscany and opening my own salon.

I attended perfecting courses, I taught in an important Florentine school and then I opened other salons and the Pino Capasso Hairdressing School under my direction and with qualified teachers.

I have participated in many events as well as regional and national competitions, and finally in the European Championships in Brussels that opened the door to the World Championship of 1974 where I won the "World Cup", the most coveted trophy for a hairstylist.

This acknowledgement gave me the right to be a member of the jury that in Paris was asked to choose the new world champion.

I loved and still love my job. Currently I have three salons and a school in the centre of Florence, where with great satisfaction I have passed my skills onto to the many boys and girls who attended and attend today the Pino Capasso Hairdressing School.

I am also proud that some of my former students are now among the most successful stylists in the field. "

Stefania Capasso is currently the Managing Director of the Pino Capasso Hairdressing School and the Salons of the Group.

She had already worked with her father during her university years following the organizational and teaching activities of the Hairdressing School.
After her studies she decided to pursue her career independently as a consultant in the field of human resources, where for over 10 years she assisted leading companies in the selection, organization and motivation of human capital, always working alongside the management or the owner and setting the strategies for the training, motivation and growth of the company's staff.

In the same years she created a consulting company with other partners always in the field of human resourcing which is still operating at a national level, where Stefania was in charge of the company management, consulting with customers and she personally followed and helped as Director of Sales a team of 15 consultants who successfully worked in Tuscany and Umbria.

She recently decided to leave the consulting business to return to manage the family business, devoting herself to the Pino Capasso Hairdressing School and the salons of the group, created and brilliantly managed up to today by her father to ensure that the name Pino Capasso continues to be a guarantee and a reference model in the field.
